1. General
Welcome to The Flower Shop. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Once an order has been placed, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice.
4. Flower Availability & Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and availability may vary. If specific flowers, colours, or containers are unavailable, we may substitute them with similar items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality of the arrangement.
5. Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver orders on the requested date. However, delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.
If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe place where appropriate or delivered according to any instructions provided. We are not responsible for flowers once delivery has been completed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply for redelivery due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before the requested delivery date.
Same-day orders may not be cancelled once preparation has begun.
7. Refunds & Complaints
As flowers are perishable products, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
8. Website Information
We aim to ensure all information on our website is accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, prices, images, or other content are error-free.
We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time.
9. Privacy
Any personal information provided through our website will be used solely for processing orders, customer service, and business operations. We will not sell or share your information with third parties except where necessary to complete your order or as required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, The Flower Shop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
